Over the past decade, my journey in the tech industry has taken me from my humble beginnings in Ukraine to helping dozens of US tech companies ($1M-$100M in ARR) build remote and distributed teams across the globe.
Growing up in Ukraine, I quickly realized that with a global-first mindset, anyone could build a successful international business, regardless of their location. This belief carried me forward and laid the foundation for my career.
Seizing the opportunity, I founded GoGloby, a US-based tech talent agency with teams spread across different continents, including countries like Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Slovakia, and Ukraine.
My passion for helping entrepreneurs and executives expand internationally led me to become the host of Default Global. Together with global-first founders and top remote-first experts, we guide ambitious individuals on their journey towards international expansion.
